HOW DO WE WORK OUR RESIDENTIAL IMAGE VISUALIZATION

THE PROCESS

Step 1: Gather the required files

We'll need your comprehensive plans, elevations, site plan, and other documents in pdf format at first. We can also request the CAD file or .dwg file from your architect or designer depending on how complex the design is.

Please also submit any site pictures, images of houses you want, reference images, etc. The more details we have from you, the more accurate the final result would be of what you need.

The aim of providing as much detail as possible is to ensure that the first drafting sent through is as similar to the design and look that you want to achieve as possible, as well as to reduce the number of draft and time it takes to create these draft.

We'll also need an estimated position or perspective so that we can set up camera angles to capture the elevation or direction you're looking for.

The final image is usually 4000 x 3000 pixels in size, which is ideal for internet, brochures, print media, and small signboards. If you want the final image to be printed on a big signboard or billboard, we'll need to know the final image's dimensions, pixels, and DPI. If you don't already have this information, your printing company will provide it to you. The size of some renders is limited, and this varies from project to project depending on the level of detail.

Step 2: Make a 3D Model

We build a 3D model based on the details you provide and set up different perspectives for you to choose from. Drafts are submitted to you, and you must choose a perspective that you want us to proceed with, as well as make any initial adjustments to the 3D model. If changes are needed, we will submit a new version that includes the changes as well as the perspective chosen. This method is carried out until the initial model is accurate. Please keep in mind that if significant changes are made and your plans are changed, there might be additional charges to modify the model, depending on how complicated they are.

Step 3 - Colors, Materials & Lighting

We then proceed to applying the colors, materials, and lighting to the image once the viewpoint has been chosen and any initial changes to the model have been made.

We'll need all of your initial color and material choices for your project at this point. We appreciate that you may not be certain about this, so we include additional draft at this time. The first drafts of your initial colors and materials is sent through, after which you may make adjustments and new draft are sent through. This process is repeated until you are satisfied with your final choices.

Please note that we only allow three lots of draft and price changes; if more are required, there may be additional charges. Since each project and its needs are unique, this is regulated on a project-by-project basis.

Step 4: Landscaping and Finishing Touches

We step forward and generate the final high resolution render to approx. 4000 x 3000 pixels once the colors, fabrics, perspective, and model have been completely accepted. Please note that once the final render has been created, no further modifications to the model, colors, or materials are included in the pricing provided. If further changes are made, there will be additional costs associated with implementing these changes.

Please send us any landscaping specifications, landscaping plans, images, etc. so we can integrate your design and ideas into the picture.

After the final picture has been completed and submitted, you will have the option to make one set of adjustments to the landscaping and post-work phase. Anything above this will result in additional fees.

As discussed previously the standard size of the final image is 4000 x 3000 pixels if you require a high resolution size we will need to know this from the start.
